Lower VS attach point bolt call outs. I was a little curious about the bolt call outs on drawing 27 for the lower VS attach bolts. The drawings show a 3/8" edge clearance and 1/4" bolts. This does not meet the 2x edge distance rule, so I called Van's. I was assured that this is okay, for a couple of reasons. One it is a steel part and two the loads are not pulling against the edges.
