NACA Ducts

The manual says to either glue the NACA ducts on or to rivet them on. I couldn't decide so I did both. I made a couple of strips of aluminum that fit the flange of the duct so that the rivets would have something nice and metal to form on. I made mine out of 0.016 but if I had to do it again I'd make them a little thicker, because they tried to buckle a little bit. Not a big deal for this application but it'd look better if I had used something thicker.

I made a template for the aluminum strips and put a PDF file here in case anybody wants to use it.
