Rudder Stiffeners

The rudder stiffeners are cut from some pre-punched aluminum angle. There are holes in the angle that help guide the cuts. The manual says to cut from the center of the holes. I did this and it left some 'indentations' on the flage of the stiffener. I decided that was going to be a stress concentration and I trimmed it off.
