February 9, 2002 - 1.45 hours
Primed all the parts of both flaps.

February 10, 2002 - 4 hours
Riveted the actuator brackets onto both flap spars and inboard ribs. Started riveting the left flap together.

Detail of the little shim that I had to put behind each flap rib to get the spacing just right.

This is what the bottom of the left flap looked like when I gave up for the evening.

February 11, 2002 - 2.5 hours
Finished riveting the left flap together.

This is a bad picture meant to show how I cut off three of the hinge rings to allow for a two piece hinge pin istallation. I'll try to get a better picture later.

February 12, 2002 - 1.25 hours
Riveted the ribs to the bottom skin of the right flap

February 17, 2002 - 3.75 hours
Finished riveting together the right flap.

February 22, 2002 - 2 hours
Cut, cleaned and etched the aileron push tubes.

February 22, 2002 - 1 hours
Started fitting some of the fiberglass parts on the empennage

February 23, 2002 - 0.5 hours
Primed the inside of the aileron push tubes with the DuPont two part epoxy primer.

February 23, 2002 - 2.5 hours
Started cutting and fitting the wing tip to the right wing.

February 24, 2002 - 1.2 hours
Riveted the aileron push tube together.

Ends of the aileron pushtubes.

February 24, 2002 - 0.75 hours
Finished drilling pilot holes on the right wingtip.

Right wingtip clecoed to the wing after the trimming and pilot hole drilling has been done.

February 27, 2002 - 2 hours
Still trying to fit the right wingtip. Fit and drilled the W712 rib. I'ts going kinda slow but I want to get it right.

Fitting the W-712 rib to the trailing edge of the wingtip.
